• Underground Pipe Protection: Bedded and encased all new PVC drainage lines in 8–10mm blue metal aggregate. This surrounds the pipes with a stable cushion, shielding them from shifting ground pressure and preserving the necessary gravity slope.

• System Testing: Thoroughly flushed and flow-tested the entire network from downpipe to kerb before backfilling trenches to ground level and removing excess spoil.
