Jemena Natural Gas Appliance Cash Back Offer 2019
The Jemena 2019 Cash Back Offer gives residents in the Jemena gas network area the opportunity to receive up to $1000 cashback when they convert from an old non-natural gas appliance to a new natural gas appliance.
2019 Cash Back Offer Details
The offer runs from 1 April 2019 to 31 October 2019.
Residents can claim a maximum of 3 claims per qualifying installation and residential address.
The natural gas appliance must be purchased and installed to replace a non-natural gas appliance. Eligible appliances and the cashback available for each appliance:
- Hot water system - $500 cashback
- Ducted heating system - $1,000 cashback
- Flued heater - fitted heater or gas log fire - $600 cashback
- Non-flued heater - portable - $150 cashback
- Outdoor heater - $150 cashback
- Cooktop - $150 cashback
- BBQ - $150 cashback
- Pool/spa heater - $800 cashback
The purchase and installation of the Natural Gas appliance(s) must be made from and conducted by a Natural Gas Specialist in the Jemena Gas Network region.

Steps to claim
- Purchase your natural gas appliance.
- Have appliance installed by a Natural Gas Specialist (such as Pure Plumbing Professionals) and receive an eligible Gas COC (Certificate of Compliance) from the installer.
- Complete the claim form naturalgascashback.com.au and upload appliance tax invoice, meter number, installer details, eligible Gas Certificate of Compliance, and photo of your new gas appliance installed.
