Lifetime labour warranty
Pure Plumbing Professionals offers lifetime labour warranty on all our service work. Plus, we guarantee that works are carried out in accordance with all relevant and Australian Standards.
Warranty on parts
Parts and general materials covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a minimum of 12 months. This excludes all tap washers, gaskets, and seals. Manufacturers warranty on hot water systems can vary between 2-7 years.
Water jet drain cleaning
If your drain has been cleared by Pure Plumbing and blocks again in the same section of pipework within 90 days we will return and clear it at no charge (within the 90 day period).
Due to the nature of drain blockages, we can not offer a lifetime warranty on drain work.
Lifetime warranty on hot water systems
Lifetime warranty is available on all domestic hot water systems installed by Pure Plumbing Professionals. We will replace your hot water heater at no cost to you.
Important note - For the warranty to be valid an annual inspection of the water heater must be carried out by our team and all work on the heater must be completed by Pure Plumbing Professionals. The customer to pay Pure Plumbing Professionals for a replacement anode after 5 years (storage hot water systems). This warranty excludes valves and components.
Safety
Accident prevention is our No. 1 intention
The safety of employees, workers, bystanders, and property is our utmost priority. We put safety before everything and will not lift a tool until we feel the site is safe, the property we are working on is not at risk and the public is not at harm. We have set measures and procedures in place to minimise accidents and incidents, including:
- Onsite risk assessments
- Safe work method statements
- Material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Worker fatigue management plans
- Supervision and safety office policy
- Effective safety committee
- Employee toolbox talks
- Correct, thorough, and ongoing training
- First Aid kits carried on all service trucks
Certification
Pure Plumbing Professionals holds a plumbers and gas fitters licence No. 267530c. We also hold all necessary insurances and certifications, copies of which are available on request.
